
Our Classes
After years of experience with individual and group classes, we compiled a single format to use Yoga and Pilates in order to achieve better results. We also created a unique class that mixes the techniques from Yoga and Pilates with different sports such as Bike and Surf to develop the muscles related to these specific movements. It also helps to vary more the body stimulation and make it more fun.
iBlossom Yoga
Based mostly on the ancient science of Hatha Yoga, this class aims to use asanas (Yoga stances) and other techniques to improve posture, breathing, and the ability to relax your body and calm your mind. The practice respects your limits and encourages you to go beyond, so you can build up a more functional body and a more focused mind.

Based on the Pilates method and new approaches, this class aims to improve your physical conditioning with exercises that bring you strength, flexibility, balance, and good posture. These benefits can help you to relieve some pain features or prevent some injuries in your daily life.

iBlossom Mix
As the name says, this class is based on a mix of different kinds of exercises. Each iBlossom Mix class has a specific aim and, to achieve it, many sources of exercises can be used (i.e. yoga classes, pilates classes, functional training, martial arts training, and so on). This class can also be oriented to meet specific needs such as improving skills for sports conditioning, strength for cycling, balance for surfing, etc.
